ADT - Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst to become an integral part of our team! You will analyze data to understand business and market trends in order to increase company revenue and efficiency. The Data Analyst will work with internal clients within Safe Haven to create, maintain and report on data sets utilized for program and operational projects. This includes ensuring data processes and technologies are in place to allow for data capture, storage and retrieval. Work closely with internal clients on creating standard operating procedures. Due to company growth and business need we someone with a positive and can-do attitude. Willing and open to investing in the right person!


  • Use data to understand business patterns and trends
  • Analyze internal and external data through quantitative research
  • Promote best practices in data analysis and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to streamline data reporting processes


  • Previous experience in business intelligence, analysis, or other related field
  • Knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel - Minimum of 3-5 years experience
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Self-motivated and willingness to partner with internal clients in a positive manner

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Light Project Management
  • MySQL or any Interface knowledge would be a plus
  • 5+ years of Experience with MS Office - particularly Excel
  • Access Database Knowledge
  • 50+ WPM
